Nunchaku was introduced in Pakistan by , 2009 Tariq Javed Ali.
To promote Nunchaku (chain sticks) as a kind of sport worldwide, to take necessary measures in this direction and to involve the people to mass competitions in this sphere, to make friendly and fraternal relations between national Nunchaku (chain sticks ) players, groups and schools by joining them together, as well as to add Nunchaku in Olympic movement are the major missions of the federation.
Pakistan Traditional Nunchaku Federation recognizes Nunchaku ( chain sticks) as a cultural heritage of Pakistan, respects its historical roots and philosophy. PTNF considers a priority the development of Nunchaku( chain sticks) as a kind of sport.
Nunchaku ( chain sticks ) Meaning " Knowledge Of War "
Nunchaku ( chainsticks ) combines elements of Taekwondo and stick fight . A wide range of combat methods such as blows, kicks, punches, locks are used in Nunchaku ( chain sticks ) .
It has four (5) kinds of competitions —
(1) - (fighting),
(2) - (Katta),
(3) - (power breaking)
(4) - (Musical Nunchaku)
(5) - ( Group Fight)

Tariq Javed Ali got involved in Nunchaku Activities and tried his best to Spread this games all over Pakistan. And Black Belt 8 Dan Traditional Taekwondo (WTTF) .
